Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Maintain and organize data in spreadsheets and reports.
- Database Maintenance: Keep internal databases accurate and up-to-date.
- Record Keeping: Ensure physical and computerized records are current and accessible.
- Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and packages with professionalism.
- Administrative Support: Assist with budgeting, payroll, new employee onboarding, tax preparation, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
