This role involves collaborating with various teams to address customer concerns and providing valuable feedback to enhance product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer and Colleague Support: Offer technical assistance and resolve issues for both customers and internal team members.
  • Information Provision: Deliver clear and accurate product and service information to users.
  • Ticket Management: Create and manage support tickets and document all customer interactions using a CRM system.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback regarding product issues and customer experiences to relevant product teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for ticket management and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
