Key Responsibilities:

- Information Provision: Deliver clear and accurate product and service information to users.
- Ticket Management: Create and manage support tickets and document all customer interactions using a CRM system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback regarding product issues and customer experiences to relevant product teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience in a technical support role.
