Position Title: Titan (internal)
Job Summary:
We are seeking to promote a highly skilled and versatile Titan Technician within our team. This role involves managing various critical tasks within our organization, including service operations, technical support, equipment maintenance, robotics programming, and sales. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional performance across these areas and will have the opportunity for internal promotion and top salary based on excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Operations Management: Capable of independently oversee and manage service operations, coordinate schedules, and maintain high standards in customer interactions and service quality.
- Technical Support: Provide exceptional technical assistance to both customers and colleagues, addressing and resolving issues effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and repair equipment, with a focus on robotic components. Install and configure hardware and software and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Control Systems: Diagnose and resolve issues in control systems, monitor and adjust controlled processes to maintain efficiency.
- Robotics Programming: Develop and enhance robotics programs, applying advanced technologies and staying current with industry developments.
- Sales and Relationship Building: Generate leads, build strong relationships with clients, and drive sales to achieve organizational goals.
- Training: Provide training and support to co-employees, sharing expertise and fostering skill development within the team.
- Organizational Skills: Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing service operations, providing technical support, and maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing robotic equipment, along with skills in installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Strong background in control systems, with the ability to monitor and adjust processes effectively.
- Experience in robotics programming with a passion for learning and applying cutting-edge technologies.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales.
